   6. Has been in Australia for at least 1 in 2 years prior to application as a visa holder class in classes 1104B(3)(d) of schedule 1. "Applicant seeking to satisfy the primary criteria for the grant of a Subclass 890 (Business Owner) visa must hold a visa of a subclass included in Business Skills (Provisional) (Class UR), granted on the basis that the applicant, or the spouse or former spouse of the applicant, satisfied the primary criteria for the grant of the visa." (ie: visa class 160, 161, 162, 163, 164 and 165)

   1. Holder of 162 visa class and has been in Australia for a total of 2 out of 4 years

10. 892 State Sponsored Business Owner (on shore) - permanent resident apply in Australia

    1. Ownership interest in actively operating business for 2 years
    2. Throughout 12 months prior to application, satisfied 2 of the followings:
       1. 1 full time employee
       2. Business and personal net asset $250,000 in Australia
       3. Net business asset $75,000 in Australia
    3. Turnover $200,000
    4. Has been in Australia for at least 1 out of 2 years as a visa class holder, classes 1104B(3)(f) of schedule 1. "Applicant seeking to satisfy the primary criteria for the grant of a Subclass 892 (State/Territory Sponsored Business Owners) visa must hold: (I) a visa of a subclass included in Business Skills (Provisional)(Class UR), granted on the basis that the applicant or the spouse or former spouse of the applicant, satisfied the primary criteria for the grant of the visa; or (ii) a Subclass 457 (Business (Long Stay)) visa, granted on the basis that the applicant, or the spouse or former spouse of the applicant, satisfied the criteria in subclause 457.223(7) or (7A) for the grant of the visa." (ie: visa class 160, 161, 162, 163, 164 and 165 and 457 independent executive)
